Please follow these steps to print the configuration page:

1. Navigate to the printer Menu.
2. Select Print Information.
3. Choose Configuration and hit Execute.

Upon printing the configuration page, examine the top section. If it displays "U-Print" as shown in the graphic below, your machine is an A4 U-Print printer.

Important Note: It's imperative not to allow the toner levels to drop below two bars. If this happens, the update cannot be performed.
